Christinas coaching and training passion is to create social, political and organizational innovation and change on a global level. As corporate trainer and coach who has led seminars and professional training programs in organizations internationaly. Christina specializes in diversity in the workplace which addresses the common challenges that emerge in organizations between employees of different ages, physical abilities, gender, ethnic and cultural backgrounds, as well as the way people solve problems and the style in which they think and spea. She is a co-active trainer and coach, educated at CTI (Coaches Training Institute) and coaching and leadership programs. She has completed advanced evolutionary leadership and coach training at the Evolutionary Institute. Christina has a gift of calling people forth as leaders, by recognizing their greatest potential, and asking courageous questions.
