David is an executive coach and consultant focused on leadership development. His assignments have included work with global organizations such as:
BNP Paribas, L'Oreal, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Microsoft, and Johnson and Johnson, to name a few. He has worked across a variety of industries including
financial services, biotechnology, international consulting houses, non-profit sectors and higher educational institutions.
His roles have included executive coaching for a senior management team, shadow coaching for leadership effectiveness, triad coaching between CEO and senior
management team members, group coaching for coaching skills development, training and development, teaching, and coach supervision, examination and mentoring.
His multilingual talents for personalised and intensive work can be carried out in English, Spanish, and French.
He has served as a coaching faculty member at several prominent universities in the United States including New York University, Columbia University and the
University of Texas at Dallas. In Spain, he is Program Director for OlaCoach, an ICF-accredited coach training program. Supporting the advancement of
the coaching profession, he writes a monthly column on ethics issues in professional coaching and has served as a Vice President for the Global Board of
Directors of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Previous to his ICF Board involvement, David served as the Co-Chair of the ICF Ethics and Standards
Committee from 2003-2006. He is currently a working team member of the Global Convention on Coaching (GCC). David is a Master Certified Coach (MCC)
through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
