Ms. Wong has been a coaching and training professional
in China, Russia, and the USA for over 10 years. As a pioneer
in bringing coaching technology to China in 1995, Ms. Wong
is recognized as a foremost authority on coaching. Her reputation
has attracted the attention of businesses, the media, academia,
and government agencies.
In 2001, Ms. Wong spearheaded the first Coaching Forum in
China, an historic event which drew over 400 participants.
Through her efforts to spread the coaching culture, there
are now over 30,000 coaches in China serving individuals in
