Indira dynamic coach and trainer whose life purpose is to create and facilitate social, political and organizational innovation and change globally.

She has a Masters in Critical Security Studies and a Bachelors in International Relations, both from University of Wales, Aberystwyth. Her interest is principally with critical philosophy of the 20th Century, and focus in her thinking is strongly directed towards the possibility of political change and transformation. In this regard, she has worked extensively with the philosophical method of deconstruction, directed in particular towards exploring the idea of opening the space in our political thinking for “the new” and “the unforeseen” that is, for a future thought in terms of irreducible potentiality.

Indira is passionate about bringing about transformation in the lives of individuals and positive change on the societal level. She believes in the irreducible uniqueness of every person as a potential for unforeseen change, innovation and creation. Her dream is for this notion of potentiality to become an integral part of our thinking, living and leading.
