organisations. Assists managers in areas of change management, helping them to effectively handle their
roles and to attain higher positions, develop of leadership, improve and develop managerial skills
and abilities in managing their own teams, together with personal and professional balance.
Lorella has Degree in Sociology; Master Degree in Psycho sociology and in Management of Human
Resources She completed her training as a Coach Trainer at Coach University, Master in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
She began her career in the Human Resources section in a company contest. She has continued this work in the last ten
years as a consultant, developing a comprehensive and overall perspective, contributing to and coordinating projects
in both national and international contexts.
