Lorella has Degree in Sociology; Master Degree in Psycho sociology and in Management of Human Resources She completed her training as a Coach Trainer at Coach University, Master in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

She began her career in the Human Resources section in a company contest. She has continued this work in the last ten years as a consultant, developing a comprehensive and overall perspective, contributing to and coordinating projects in both national and international contexts.
