What is Evolutionary Leadership?

The TNM Evolutionary is about the creation of a new kind of leadership, which will amaze the world. It’s about empowering a new generation of leaders who operate in new ways, individually and collectively, that will literally change the world in which we live. We’re calling this evolutionary leadership … leadership that stretches our actions beyond just this moment and just for you or others, to an inspiring, empowering leadership that stewards in a new era.

You can be who you are now or you can be more than you dreamed you could be. You can live and lead from and for something so profoundly stirring that Life itself is moved.

You can lead from and for yourself... Or you can lead from and for something you care about… Or you can lead from and for the evolution of our global and cosmic future.

Evolutionary leadership is about leading on all the levels of conscious awareness and understanding. It’s about leading from an open, unfolding quest for what will touch all aspects of Life on all the levels of being, creating and sourcing.

What does evolutionary leadership offer us that we don’t already have?

• Integrative wholistic living: As an evolutionary leader, you live life whole, in the moment, seeing potential everywhere. You live true to yourself and the things you care about. You’re connected to and sense the Life force all around you. Life and all the aspects and dimensions of Life are not separate. It’s not personal life, business life, family life. It’s all integrated into a full rich life without any need for exclusion or compartmentalisation. It’s this way because you’re standing in the energy of evolutionary potential and you, it and the life you lead become one gracious and powerful movement. When something happens to you in life, you don’t see that as something separate from the movement of the potential. Everything that happens to you is a part of the whole evolving itself…and this vantage point gives life grace.
• Living as potential realising itself: Here, you’re sourcing potential into being. Consider that potential could be viewed in multiple levels ~ personal potential (your own), greater potential (for others) and evolutionary potential (for Life). When you live as potential realising itself, you live beyond personal and greater potential.
• Breakthrough leading: Breakthrough leading is when you seek and activate the actual breakthrough potential of each moment. It’s about not settling for what is. It’s about seeking more than what is and moving towards what can be.
• A new level of authority arises: You’re not just leading, you’re sourcing and that’s a different thing. Standing in evolutionary leadership, you create the goal and source the movement in each moment for what wants to be. In this sourceness, there’s a confidence, sureness and alignment that liberates all in its movement. The sureness comes from standing in, aligning with and partnering with the energy of what wants to be. It’s not arrogance or “I’m right and you’re wrong.” You step beyond self to become the voice of and for the potential.
• A new level of integrity arises: This is where what you do, what you think and what you say are aligned with evolutionary potential, thereby creating new integrity. It’s aligning with the wholeness of you, others and ALL. For example, you can’t just make a decision for your company and not take into account how it affects the whole (the people, the environment, the world, the future, etc.). When you source potential for Life, you can’t help but stay true to that. It’s about partnering with the energy and staying in alignment with it. The new integrity is self-stewarding, so if you move out of alignment with the potential, the energy of it moves away from you to have someone else bring it into being.
• Sourcing reality: You create and source what living reality is and will be. You move beyond personal reality creation to evolutionary reality creation. You embody and live the reality that’s sourced with and for Life. You’re not just creating your own personal reality, but that of our world and all that our future can grow into from there. As you’re sourcing present reality, you’re feeding, forming and sourcing the future.
• The Art of Excellence: The art of excellence comes from doing the things you want to, passionately and exceptionally. This arises graciously when you let go and work in the moment, allowing profound experiences to capture you with the wave of their movement. The excellence is in the moment by moment movement that’s occurring between you and this potential rising. The experience is one of constancy, excitement and integrity to the trueness of what wants to happen through you.
