Sara is a Professional Certified Coach who focuses on working with executives and emerging leaders. Prior to becoming a coach Sara spent 22 years in sales and
sales management where I served as a first and second line manager for a national consulting practice that grew at a rate of 20% year to year for three years.
Most of my years in sales and sales management were spent working with Fortune 1000 companies . When I moved to being a consultant to sales organizations I worked extensively
with IBM organizations that sold through channels, partner and telesales to optimize their effectiveness. As a coach for individual and teams, our success was
based on increasing sales, profitability and creating world class collaboration.
She was part of the transformation of IBM from a hardware and software company to a solutions provider. While at IBM she helped train over 600 managers to
become more coachlike to develop the people, deliver results and transform the culture simultaneously. She currently serves as an assessor for the
International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialing system in the US.
As a coach, Sara works with Lisa’s strengths are her ability to see straight to the heart of the issue, her courage in asking the question that needs to be asked
and her ability to generate creativity and a sense of possibility in the most difficult of circumstances. Her specialty is in strategic partnering with companies
to create dynamic coaching and profit cultures.
