Mrs. Svetlana Chumakova is the President of Coaching Academy International in Moscow and a co-founding partner of “3wayC – Consulting, Coaching, Cross-Cultural Training”. Her practice covers executive coaching, talent development, teaching coaching techniques and mentoring. She facilitates workshops, trainings and sessions for leadership and does teambuilding activities. Ms. Chumakova is the first and so far the only Master Certified Coach (MCC) in Russia certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Ms. Chumakova has a great deal of experience in designing and delivering corporate training presentations. Also, she conducts one-to-one coaching sessions with executives and managers. Mrs. Chumakova works in close partnership with global consulting companies and coaches from different countries, such as UK, Swiss, France, Germany, USA etc.. As a coach she has affiliation with global consulting company, Lore International Institute (Europe) Ltd. Svetlana is a certified OD Consultant and Business Trainer. Her credentials in this area are rounded by her own personal and professional experience in founding, leading and managing companies since 1992. Mrs. Chumakova earned a degree from Russian National Economy Academy. In 2005 she underwent Executive Education course “The Art and Practice of Leadership Development” at John F. Kennedy School of Business, Harvard University. In 2006 Svetlana Chumakova was certified as an Executive Coach at LORE Int. Institute, the global consulting/coaching company.

Svetlana speaks Russian and is fluent in English. She works with Russian and Global companies, such as: TNK-BP, AZBUKA VKUSA, CONDE NAST, VYMPELKOM, VOLGA – DNEPR - MOSCOW, AZOVSTAL, F+W Zander (Germany), “MAI” and others.s
