On December 12, 2007 TNM's Wayne Caskey and Zoran Todorovic discussed Multidimensionality and coaching for The International Journal of Coaching in Organizations. These excerpts are used with express permission from the publication and creators.

In the first segment, Defining Multidimensionality & Coaching Individuals, Caskey and Todorovic define multidimensionality and coaching individuals. One question to ask while listening is, "How do I move from 'putting out fires' and handling challenges to giving my unique contribution to the world?"

In the second segment, Coaching Multidimensionality in Organizations, Caskey begins with that there’s already focus in organizations on, "Who are we?" He coaches organizations to move collectively to questions including:

What is our unique contribution as an organization?
What bonds us?
How are we tapping into existing trends in collective collaboration: new tools, trends, etc.?
What are our barriers to long-term sustainability?
How do we locate and express out commonality?
Where are we putting our energy – on barriers or opportunities, on positives or negatives?
What are we resisting and/or settling for?

In Segment 3, Zoran returns to his answer to the question, "What is Multidimensionality?"

Segment 4 is Wayne's personal conclusion on Multidimensionality.
