As a Third Paradigm Leader, you live life whole, in the moment, seeing potential everywhere. You live true to yourself and the things you care about. You are connected to and sense the Life force all around you. Life and all the aspects and dimensions of Life are not separate. It is not personal life, business life, family life. It is all integrated into a full rich life without any need for exclusion or compartmentalisation. It is this way because you are standing in the energy of pure potential of every situation and you and the life you lead become one gracious and powerful movement. When something happens to you in life, you do not see that as something separate from the movement of the potential. Everything that happens to you is a part of potential moving or realizing...and this vantage point gives life grace.

Living as potential realizing itself

Here, you are sourcing potential. Consider that potential could be viewed in multiple levels ~ personal potential (your own), greater potential (for others) and pure potential (for world ). When you live as potential realizing itself, you live beyond personal and greater potential and you begin working with pure planetary potential.

Breakthrough leading is when you seek and activate the actual breakthrough potential of each moment. It is about not settling for what is. It is about seeking more than what is and moving toward what can be.

For example, you can not just make a decision for your company and not take into account how it affects the whole (the people,  planet, purpose, profit, etc.).
